I believe music is an important part of ones life. The Bible says that as a man thinketh so he is. It also says that the tongue holds the power of life and death. What one speaks shall affect him. Music is an important aspect in Biblical history of mankind and the universe. It has always been used to worship God. The Bible tells us that the Devil before he was thrown out of heaven was the leader of choirs in heaven. The Old Testament testifies of skilled musicians, hundreds of them playing in front of the tabernacle worshiping Jehovah- God who owns heaven and the Earth. Today the scene has only gained momentum. More people have picked up musical instruments. Very few decide to play for the Glory of God. I would like to encourage all Christians to pickup any musical isntrument. Even if it is a stick your tapping on the table and sing, sing to God!

I believe that music is to be enjoyed for God’s glory. Personally I adore the Guitar(harp :P). It’s my prayer that I will master the bass guitar too for his worship and glory.
